Business Funding Intelligence & Readiness
Know how lenders will read your business — before you apply
Most business funding denials are decided long before the application. This review looks at your business the way an underwriter does, tells you what is missing, and gives you the order of operations to become fundable. It is a readiness assessment, not an application, an approval, or a promise of funding.
What gets evaluated
Business Readiness
Entity standing, time in business, revenue, deposits and cash flow, business credit and tradeline depth, existing debt, documentation, and industry factors.
Guarantor Readiness
The personal side lenders weigh on most small-business files: credit strength, utilization, derogatory indicators, inquiries, depth, and payment history.
Overall Readiness + Confidence
A combined read, shown alongside how complete your information is. Missing information lowers confidence — it is never scored as failure or filled in with assumptions.
Where your file can land
Every assessed file is classified into exactly one position, with the reasoning shown. Nothing is decided by a single number or a single threshold.
Funding Ready
Business and guarantor both hold up. The file moves to lender and product matching with application preparation.
Business Strong / Guarantor Constrained
The business supports funding but personal factors are limiting. You get the specific blockers, the products that still fit, and the personal remediation path.
Owner Strong / Business Underdeveloped
You qualify personally, but the business needs preparation — entity, banking history, documentation, or business credit depth.
Full Readiness Required
Material blockers on both sides. Business and personal requirements are stated separately, in order, with dependencies.
How it works
- 1Start here with a short request — no documents, no credit pull.
- 2Create your account and complete your funding file: business details, financials, and documents.
- 3Your file is assessed for business and guarantor readiness, and missing items are identified.
- 4You receive a Funding Roadmap: current position, missing information, readiness issues, actions required, next steps.
- 5Where verified criteria permit, lender and product alignment is evaluated — alignment is not approval.
What you’ll be asked to upload
Inside your account only — never on this page. Not every item applies to every business, and anything you don’t have is reported as missing rather than guessed.
- Business formation document (Articles / Certificate)
- EIN confirmation letter
- Business license (if your state or city requires one)
- Business bank statements — last 3 months
- Business bank statements — last 12 months
- Profit & loss statement
- Balance sheet
- Business tax return
- Personal tax return
- Voided business check
- Government-issued photo ID
- Ownership / operating agreement
- Personal credit report for the owner / guarantor
- Business credit report (Dun & Bradstreet, Experian Business, Equifax Business)
What we will not do
- We do not promise funding, approvals, amounts, rates, or lender decisions — readiness is not an outcome.
- We never submit an application to a lender without your written authorization on that specific submission.
- We do not present unverified lender requirements as fact. Where criteria are not verified, the file states that manual review is required.
- We do not fill in information you did not provide. Absent data is shown as absent.
